My Story

Across two decades in enterprise engineering, multiple startup attempts, and an eight‑year personal project that tested every part of my resilience, I learned what chaos really feels like — and what clarity truly means. I’ve lived through layoffs, market collapses, failed ventures, and high‑stakes commitments that didn’t go according to plan. I’ve raised capital, deployed capital, lost money, rebuilt systems, and rebuilt myself.

Those experiences didn’t make me cynical. They made me steady.
They taught me that technology is only valuable when it reduces friction, not when it creates it.
They taught me that leadership is stewardship — not control.
And they taught me that stability isn’t the absence of risk; it’s the presence of good judgment.

My career has been a long arc of transformation:
from operator → to architect → to advisor → to someone who helps organizations find clarity in the middle of complexity.
